ingredients:
1/3 cup your favourite tippl soaked as per instructions, 3 cups icing sugar, 1x 400g pack of chocolate melts/buttons/chips, toppings of your choice eg: citrus zest, flaky sea salt, edible glitter etc
method:
1) line a 10x15cm baking pan with parchment paper. crease the edges so the sides are also lined.
2) place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 30 second, then 15 second, intervals until just melted, stirring well each time.
3) while the chocolate is melting, place the icing sugar in a large bowl. Whisk the tippl mix into the sugar. The mixture will look like icing.
4) when the chocolate is melted, working quickly, pour the chocolate into the sugar and tippl mixture and stir very well. scrape the whole lot into the prepared baking pan & spread evenly.
5) sprinkle something fun on top (ideas below) and gently press into the fudge.
6) let the fudge set in the fridge until firm and cut into pieces.
